Items ship within 24 business hours. Please keep this in mind when choosing ship method. Items shipped Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day Air must be in by 1:00 pm PST for same day shipping.

If requesting Next Day Air on Friday after 1pm PST, your order will not ship until Monday as UPS does not deliver on Saturdays unless you choose Next Day Saturday AM.

Thanksgiving Week: Orders placed on Wed 11/23 after 1pm PST through Sun 11/27, Will not ship out until Mon 11/28.
Christmas: Orders placed on Thu 12/22/11 after 1pm PST through Mon 12/26/11 will not ship out until next business day on Tue 12/27/11.
New Years Eve: Orders placed on Thu 12/29 after 1pm PST through 1/1/12 will not ship out until next business day Mon 1/2/12. Air shipping options are required with orders placed 12/22 through 12/29 by 1pm PST to receive for New Years Eve.
